Click & Pay Upgrading When 2+ Releases Behind

The title explains mostly what I am after knowledge-wise, assuming the salesforce app is already on a version of click & pay, are there any issues or things to consider when doing this? Or generally would there be no problem. I understand this would likely be on a version to version basis, but wanted to confirm if there was anything that can break/I would want to watch out for after the upgrade. Thanks!

  There should be no issues with the upgrade, even if you are two or more releases behind. You can upgrade without any concerns about breaking the existing functionality.
