Other Payment Method & eCheck no longer options in virtual terminal after update.

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that while it has been upgraded to the latest version of Click & Pay Suite, the connection has not yet been fully established.

    Please disconnect the existing connection and then re-establish it by following these steps:
    Login to CONNECT > Launcher (top right corner) > Settings > 3rd Party Integrations > Salesforce > Check the box for "Click & Pay Suite" > Establish the connection.

    Once the connection is properly established, the ability to add custom payment method options, such as Cash, Check, etc., will sync and become available in your Salesforce instance.
