    As requested, we have upgraded your Sandbox instance (00Dcb000005mTw5) to the latest version of the Click & Pay Suite and also updated the Sandbox Synchronizer app in your Production instance to its latest version.

    You will need to re-establish the connection of the Sandbox Synchronizer app.

    The Sandbox you created does not include those settings, which is why you don’t see the custom mapping and other configurations in your Sandbox instance.

    Please note that the transfer of customizations from Production to Sandbox depends on how the Sandbox is created. In partial Sandboxes, we’ve seen cases where customizations carry over and others where they don’t. This depends on the template used to create the partial Sandbox.

    For testing purposes, you may need to recreate some customizations in the Sandbox. However, when Click & Pay is installed in Production, all configurations will remain intact.

    Regarding the data posting, we noticed that the Sandbox Synchronizer app needs to be upgraded to the latest version. If you grant us permission, we will upgrade it for you.

    Apologies for the late reply, yes if you would be so kind as to upgrade the synchronizer. access has been granted

    if you could also upgrade our other sandbox with org ID 00Dcb000005mTw5 to the latest release, this should have our custom mapping in it, i confirmed this before requesting this access to this sandbox has also been granted. thank you
