custom payment method missing in VT

After the update to Click&Pay - we are no longer seeing other payment methods in the virtual terminal.  is this no longer an option?

I did go to connect and followed the steps in this post but it didn't work: https://support.clickandpledge.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/43092919620251-Other-Payment-Method-eCheck-no-longer-options-in-virtual-terminal-after-update  

Please advise.
