Error with Contact Creation
Hi,
I am trying to create a new contact from a Temporary Contact, and encountering an error I haven't seen before:

My understanding is that Preferred Phone is set by an NPSP workflow rule, which I can't edit. Is there another fix or workaround?

To resolve this issue, the Preferred Phone field must be populated when a phone number is provided.
We've already created a custom mapping for the Preferred Phone field and successfully processed the Temporary Contact referenced in your question.
If you'd like to review or modify this configuration, you can find it in Custom Mapping, under Order 12.
