Abandoned Cart Tracking?
I wanted to inquire if it was possible for us to track if someone started signing up/registering for an event but did not fully submit it on their end through click and pay. we have a couple people every year that state they signed up but they did not get all the way through the process of submitting, and would like to be able to see those in progress registrations if that is even possible. Hi Jaxsen, Thanks for reaching out. Tracking in-progress or abandoned registrations is not something Click & Pay supports right now, so there is currently no way to view registrations that were started but never submitted.
The good news is that this feature is on our roadmap. The developers are actively working on it and are targeting availability in September.
