Checkout Form Has Different Amounts

I have campaigns set up where the dollar amounts in the Campaign Details - Payment Options are different than what shows up on the Form Builder. If you click on the form builder image it shows the right amounts but if you use the Preview or copy the link and open it you get different amounts. Account is 61462 and the two campaigns I'm working on now are eoy2025digital and eoy2025ltr but its happening on other campaigns as well. Any ideas?

  Thanks, I thought I turned that feature off for this campaign. I was going crazy trying to figure it out.
