Geo-blocking
Is it possible to restrict the visibility of the donate page using geo-blocking so that residents of certain states are not solicited?
In particular, the website is managed by Framer. I want to restrict the donation page to be accessible only to the residents of the states for which I have an active charitable registration, and I want to have some enforcement of that restriction based in the geo-localization of the IP address, and/or any other means to restrict visibility to certain states.

Thank you for reaching out.
Click & Pledge does not currently support geo-blocking or state-based access restrictions to hide or limit visibility of donation pages based on donor location.
Since your website is hosted on Framer, you may be able to implement geo-restrictions at the website or hosting level, before donors access the Click & Pledge form. This would need to be configured outside of Click & Pledge, as our platform does not provide this functionality.
However, Click & Pledge does offer Custom Fraud Profiles, which can be assigned to specific Campaigns to block transactions from certain countries or regions. Please note:
- This will not hide the form. The donation page will still be publicly accessible.
- It only blocks the transaction from being processed if it originates from a restricted country/region.
- You are fully responsible for managing and monitoring any fraudulent transactions and fees associated with refunding fraudulent transactions.
By default, transactions from certain high-risk countries are blocked. You can further customize restrictions using a Custom Fraud Profile if needed.
