Newbie user of WordPress C&P Plugin
Hi -
“Chatted” with Rorry just minutes ago, and he's stumped, and says maybe “A Developer can see what [obvious ?] step you missed.” … The website is PlanetWiseSolutions.org, it's hosted on GreenGeeks. I'm sure that there is a RECAPTCHA plugin ("Google's") active and I'm pretty sure that SOAP is “live.” Beyond that, it seems clear to me that you and me and WP are all a little light in experience with the plugin approach - we're 10-year customers with C&P but previously used Woocommerce and NO plugin - so maybe, you can suss out the problem.
NOTE: There's a stray - “You have to update the C&P plugin” message on screen. It does nothing, but maybe it SHOULD do something. Otherwise, it should obviously be made to disappear.
You'll see that I tried to set up a test form - well, maybe, we'll have to do screen-sharing for you to see ANYthing - and yet, clicking on either the EYEBALL icon or the Pencil one DO NOT BRING UP ANYTHING.

Regarding the form editor not responding, could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
