Event Sites
Hello,
Some registrants are encountering the “Authorization Required” screen when using our Event Management system. The page is here: https://farallones.my.salesforce-sites.com/VC/CnP_PaaS_EVT__ExternalRegistrationPage?event_id=a2xQQ000001UDldYAG. I've gone through this help page, but nothing seems to work. Can you please look into this?

We reviewed your instance and the C&P Events configuration. We found that there are three active events, including the one you mentioned, and all are working correctly. However, the URL you shared is not valid, which is why registrants are encountering an error.

Thanks! I actually changed the salesforce site in the time between when I posted this and you responded. This seemed to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions here, and though it, noticed that our C&P Default Salesforce site is not “assigned permission to guest user.” Is this a problem? See screenshot attached. I tried to do it, but the Apex job failed.
Can I use these other sites (example: "K12" and “LiMPETS Class”) to host my Events? Will they work with their current configuration?

Yes, you can use any of those. We have assigned the permissions for the above sites.
