Sandbox synchronizer not working?
Once again the synchronizer doesn't seem to be posting data to the sandbox. There have been recent transactions recorded in production, but they are not making it into the sandbox. I notice that the transactions mostly seem to have a C&P Contact noted but no C&P data entry in that lookup field, nor any other data that I've looked at. Just the contact lookup.
Note the synchronizer shows as still connected.
I need this for further testing on some solutions we need to devise for C&Pay to work with our WaterGrass system. I've granted login access to both production (00D300000006mSK) and the sandbox (00DU7000007FEbT). Please take a look and see if all is working as it should.

Note the Data xml records do exist in the database so the records made it into SF. The records I'm looking at were this week or last.

We have reviewed your Sandbox instance and can confirm that all transaction data has been posted successfully. Many of the records are currently located under C&P Temporary Contacts, where they will need to be reviewed and processed.
