Swiper1 Backup and Restore
In setting up the swiper1 app for a new event and backing it up to restore to a different device, the backup did not include the campaign. Is this a bug? Shouldn't have also been backed up and restored along with the new items?

May I know which type of backup you selected?
We have three options under Backup and Restore:
- Store & Settings – Includes the selected campaign name along with other configuration details from the Settings, plus all product details and associated images.
- Store Only – Includes product details and associated images, but does not include the campaign configuration.
- Settings Only – Includes only the Settings (including the selected campaign name).
If you used the Store Only option, the campaign would not be restored to the new device. To include the campaign, you would need to use the Store & Settings or Settings only option.

I have only used it once last year, so I was walked through the set up and backup by Live Support on zoom. I think it was Store & Settings, but not 100% sure.

You can use the options mentioned above to back up and restore your settings. Additionally, our office hours have been extended from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST, and you’re welcome to join us for any guidance you need.
