Click and play Stores/Events selling tickets
I have a few issues, If I sell tickets for an event and I collect their information in order for a ticket to be emailed to the attendee, How do I set it up so that the customer doesn't have to add each ticket/attendee individually? Seems time consuming. Why can't I simply sell tickets without the registration aspect and have a ticket sent to the customer?

Good day Betty Ries
You can use the Anonymous Ticket option if you'd like to allow buyers to purchase multiple tickets without entering attendee information for each one. This streamlines the process and avoids the need to fill in individual details.
You need to uncheck the Contact Information under the ticket, so this will allow the buyer to purchase the ticket without entering the Attendee information:

However, please note that Anonymous Tickets do not support sending ticket emails, as attendee information is required to generate and send individual tickets:

If sending tickets to attendees is essential, then the system needs those details.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I guess my question is this, the legacy event management allowed for a single person to register as the attendee and could purchase multiple tickets to an event without having to add the contact information for each individual ticket. That is now changed in Click and Pay. Why? It is cumbersome to the end user.

Hello Betty Ries
In Click & Pay Suite, you still have the ability to process registrations without requiring attendee information, similar to how it worked in the previous v9 Event Management.
As stated, you should not check the Collect Contact Information for Ticket, so the buyer selects the quantity of tickets and completes the registration without having to enter attendee details for each ticket.
This provides the same streamlined experience as before, allowing one person to purchase multiple tickets without the added step of filling out contact info per ticket.
However, as mentioned earlier, ticket emails cannot be sent for anonymous tickets since there's no attendee information to reference.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
