    Yes, this is expected behavior. Our system is designed to block access and processing of forms through remote gateways such as VPNs, regardless of whether it is a direct link or iframe. This security measure is in place to help prevent fraudulent transactions, as a significant number of such attempts typically originate from VPN connections.

    We recommend disabling the VPN and accessing the form through a direct internet connection. Once that's done, the form should load and function properly.
