How can we view last modified information for Store Products?

Hello, I'm looking to find what time the image was changed on a Store Product - can you point me in the direction for accomplishing this?

  You can view the last modified date and time by adding the Last Modified column to the product list view. This will display the most recent date and time the product was updated.
