CONNECT is the administration portal for Click & Pledge customers allowing customers the ability to manage their account and fundraise all in one place.

HEADER
The header remains in place as you navigate through your Click & Pledge account.
- The name of the user logged into the account.
- Your organization’s name and five digit Click & Pledge account number
- The slider that allows you to hide the menu on the left.
- The Search Field. This field expands when you hover on it. Click in it to enter your search criteria.
- The search is only available in the Fundraising and Transactions & Reports areas.
- In Fundraising you may search for Campaigns, Forms and Widgets.
- In Transactions & Reports you may search by Order Number, First or Last Name, or by email address.
- The Launcher navigates to the different areas of CONNECT:
- User: Here you may access your profile or logout of your account.
- Add your organization’s logo here by clicking the edit icon (pencil), choosing your image, and uploading it.
FUNDRAISING
When you login to your Click & Pledge account, you land in the Fundraising area, on the Dashboard for your Click & Pledge account.
In Fundraising you may access:
- Fundraising Statistics: See the year-to-date fundraising statistics for all Campaigns. Totals are included for the current and previous year.
- Knowledge Base: Quickly access Knowledge Base articles to answer questions you may have.
- Setup and edit everything Campaign related including Campaigns and Peer-to-Peer.
- Quick Reports – these are pre-built reports that will download a .csv file when you click on the report title.
- News & Updates – stay up to date on what is happening at Click & Pledge.
- Click & Pledge Application Usage: Located under News & Updates, this section will show you how you are using the features provided by Click & Pledge to raise funds for your Organization.
SETTINGS
- Your Account Information.
- Custom Domain: this is used with the Peer-to-Peer Sites. Here you may setup a custom domain for your Fundraising Campaign. For additional information, please see: CONNECT: Custom Domain

TRANSACTIONS & REPORTS
Here you will see a list of any Custom Reports you have created or select from a list of pre-built System Reports.
For additional information, please refer to CONNECT: Reports.
When you select Transactions from the menu on the left, you will see a list of your Transactions.
Click on the Order Number to see the details of and manage the transactions. For more details go to CONNECT: Transactions.
If you use Custom Questions to ask your patrons who their employer is, select Matching Gifs. Enter the Employer Name to see if the details of the employer match. For additional information refer to the article at CONNECT: Matching Gifts.
VIRTUAL TERMINAL
The Virtual Terminal enables you to manually process gifts and add a record of offline gifts so you can see all the funds your organization receives in your Click & Pledge account. Enter transactions for credit cards, eChecks, paper checks, cash, grants, etc. Recurring transactions may also be setup to begin on a future date.
