CnP Fraud Score: The CnP Fraud Score is set by default. If the weight reaches this number based on multiple factors, then it will decline. If you wish to loosen the fraud protection, then increase the number.
AVS & CVV2 Matching: You may customize the Address Verification System (AVS) and CVV2 verification. When a transaction occurs the gateway will respond to the settings you have selected here. If a box is checked here, when the transaction information is sent to the gateway, the criteria must match the card holder’s information in order to process. If it does not match, then it will decline.
CVV is the security code on the back of most credit cards. For American Express cards it typically appears on the front.
Block Country: Select the specific countries from 'All Countries' tab and click >> so that the selected countries will come under 'Blocked Countries'. By this you may block transactions from those countries. The country name will still appear in the country list, but any transactions from that country will decline. To remove the country name go to the section ‘Country Display’ to remove.
Safelist: You may safelist IP addresses and Emails. If an IP address or email is being blocked because of fraud protection, then you may safelist them to allow transactions to be received by your Click & Pledge account.
Blocklist: You may blocklist IP addresses and emails to prevent transactions from being received to your Click & Pledge account.
