Data migration costs are upward of $5,000, but for organizations bringing their recurring data to Click & Pledge, the migration fee is waived. How to Request Migration
Submit a request through a support ticket and provide the name of the source or destination system.
Known Limitations
A percentage of recurring credit card transactions may fail after migration. This is because card networks use a service called Account Updater to automatically refresh card details (like a new expiration date or card number) when a card is reissued. This update history doesn't carry over, so cards that changed since being stored may need to be re-verified or re-entered by the customer.
