AskQuick.ly is the AI chat add-on for PayQuick.ly. It answers visitor questions about your organization, your mission, programs, and impact — and prompts donors to give, right inside the PayQuick.ly form they're already viewing. Set it up once, then enable it on any PayQuick.ly form with a single click.
AskQuick.ly also works across languages automatically. Upload your source material in English, and if a donor asks a question in French, Spanish, Telugu, or another language, AskQuick.ly detects it and responds in kind — no additional configuration required.

Navigation
To navigate to AskQuick.ly in your Click & Pledge account:
- Click Launcher (the four-square icon in the top right)
- Click Settings
- Click AskQuick.ly
- Click Source Library
Source Library
Begin in the Source Library. This is where you upload the documents that AskQuick.ly will learn from.
Supported file types: doc, xlsx, csv, txt, pdf, json
To upload a file, click the blue Add Data Source button, locate the file, and click Open. Uploaded files will appear in the list. You can delete any file you no longer need — deleted files will be forgotten by the assistant.
What to include in your source documents:
Write in your own voice, the way you'd describe your organization to a new donor. Helpful details include:
- When and why your organization was founded
- The causes or communities you serve
- How contributions make an impact
- Key achievements or milestones
You can upload documents such as annual reports, or copy content from your website into a text file. You may have up to 100,000 characters of source material.
⚠️ Important: Do not include external links in your source documents. You do not want AskQuick.ly learning about other organizations.
ℹ️ Note: AskQuick.ly does not retain memory between sessions. If you delete or replace source material, the assistant will reflect only the current content going forward.
Adding a New AskQuick.ly

| Donation invitation | How the assistant invites visitors to contribute | "Would you like to make a donation?" |
Button Customization

| Donate | Donate | The label on this button also appears at the top of subsequent chat screens. |
Note: Button labels can be customized, but the actions they trigger cannot be changed. Make sure your label language matches the action.
AI Persona & Guidelines
This section defines how the assistant speaks on behalf of your organization. Your uploaded source files provide the knowledge — this section defines the voice.
Use this section to specify:
- When the assistant should invite donations
- How the assistant should respond when it doesn't know an answer
- How the assistant should handle questions like "Am I talking to a real person?"
Default guidelines are provided. Most organizations can use these as-is, but you may customize them to match your organization's tone.
