Swiper1 includes two built-in reports — Transaction Reports and Login Reports. Both can be viewed on your phone or tablet and emailed. The reports only include transactions that occurred on this device. For more detailed reporting, log in to your CONNECT account at login.connect.clickandpledge.com.

Transaction Reports
Transaction Reports show all payments processed through your organization's Swiper1 account within a date range you select.
To get there: Menu (≡) > Reports > Transaction Reports
Viewing transactions
- Set the Start Date and End Date using the date pickers and click Done to view report.
- Results display in a table showing details like Order Number, Transaction Date and Time, Customer Name, Payment Type, etc.
- Scroll right to see additional columns.
Transaction Details and Signatures
To view specific details or captured signatures:
Tap any transaction row within the report display.
The detail view will open, showing the full breakdown of the charge and the patron signature (if signature collection is enabled).
Emailing a report
Tap Email Report at the bottom of the screen to send to an email address.
Tip: For more detailed transaction reporting, log in to your CONNECT account at login.connect.clickandpledge.com where full transaction history and export options are available.
Login Reports
Login Reports show a history of all logins to your organization's Swiper1 account, including the user ID and account number for each login.
To get there: Menu (≡) > Reports > Login Reports
The report displays automatically — no date range filter is needed. Scroll down to see all entries.
Tap Email Report to send the report to an email address.
Tip: Use Login Reports to verify which staff members have accessed Swiper1, or to troubleshoot login issues.
