To install Click & Pay Suite in Salesforce for the first time, click on the following link:

You will be asked to log into your Salesforce instance. You will then see:
Select "Install for all users" and click "Install". After a few minutes, you will receive a message that tells you this is taking a long time. Click the "Done" button and you will be taken to Installed Packages. Refresh occasionally until you see Click & Pay Suite in the list. You will also receive an email when the installation is complete.
Connect your Click & Pledge CONNECT Account to Salesforce.
When installation is complete, you will need to connect your CONNECT account to Salesforce. To establish the connection, a Salesforce System Admin should follow the instructions below:
- Access: https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com
- Go to: LAUNCHER (icon in top right of page looks like 4 small squares)
- Select: SETTINGS
- Click: INTEGRATIONS
- Click: SALESFORCE CONNECTION
- Select your DOMAIN type for the Login URL (e.g., Custom or Standard)
- If custom, enter DOMAIN name
- Check the radio button for "Connect to Click & Pay Suite"
- Click on: CONNECT TO SALESFORCE
- You will be directed to the SF login page >> Enter your Salesforce login credentials. If prompted, click “Allow”
- You will be directed back to the SALESFORCE CONNECTION page in CONNECT where you should see "Connected".
Assign User Permissions
- Click on the Gear in the upper right
- Click on Setup
- In the Quick Find field at the upper left type in Users
- Click on Users
- Click on the Full Name (not the "edit" link)
- Scroll down to "Permission Set Assignments" and click "Edit Assignments"
- In "Available Permission Sets," scroll down to "PS-CnP-PaaS-All-Permissions" — select it.
- Click the Add (►) button
to move it to the "Enabled Permission Sets" - Save
Grant Click & Pledge Access to your Salesforce Instance
A Salesforce System Admin should grant Click & Pledge access to your Salesforce instance.
To grant access please login to your SF instance.
- Click the User icon in the top right of the screen
- Click 'Settings' from the dropdown
- In the left column, select 'Grant Account Login Access'
- In the row for 'Click & Pledge Support' choose Access Duration, 1 week recommended.
- Click to Save
Notify your Click & Pledge contact or Support@ClickandPledge.com that access has been granted and give us your Salesforce Org ID. This can be found by going back to the gear icon > setup > type "company" in Quick Find > Click Company Information. Salesforce.com Organization ID is in the right-hand column toward the bottom. Click & Pledge developers will do any required post-install work.
Re-establish the CONNECT/Salesforce connection
When notified that the post-install has been completed:
- Go to: https://login.connect.clickandpledge.com
- Go to: LAUNCHER (icon in top right of page looks like 4 small squares)
- Select: SETTINGS
- Click: 3RD PARTY INTEGRATIONS
- Click: SALESFORCE CONNECTION
- Scroll down to Salesforce Connection information
- Check that the connection date & time are current. (The connection updates automatically each time this section is opened.) If the date/time is not current, disconnect and reconnect.
