C&P Accounts > Linked Account(s) provides information about the account(s) linked to your Salesforce instance. Click on the account number to view details of the account and the available payment Methods. Allowed edits for these details are noted under Account Details below.

Account Details
C&P Account Name
This information may be updated at CONNECT > Launcher > C&P Settings > Account Information > Profile
The name of the organization as given when the account was opened. If the name of the organization changes, please contact support@clickandpledge.com to ensure all updates are made on the back end. If the EIN changes, you will need to open a new account
C&P Account Nickname
This information may be updated at CONNECT > Launcher > C&P Settings > Account Information > Profile
Nickname or DBA of the organization.
C&P Account Number
This information may not be edited
The unique number assigned to the account when it is opened. The Account Number is displayed in the header of the CONNECT Click & Pledge account and at CONNECT > Launcher > Settings > Account Information > Profile
C&P Account GUID
This information may not be edited.
View the API information for your Click & Pledge account at CONNECT > Settings > API Information.
Display Account Selection
This information may be edited here.
This is for organizations with multiple Click & Pledge accounts. Do you want this account number to be visible for selection in the Click & Pay Suite functionality? Select "Yes" to show the account or "No" to hid it.
C&P Account Currency Code
This information may not be edited.
If you have an account in Canada or Europe, the currency code the account will be shown, e.g. USD, CAD, etc.
Error Notification List
This information may be edited at CONNECT > Launcher > Settings > 3rd party Integration > Salesforce Connection
Enter email addresses for user(s) that should receive an email if the is an error when Click & Pledge attempts to post to Salesforce.
C&P Account Description
This information may be edited here.
Enter a description or notes about this Click & Pledge account. Use Alphanumeric, space, period, and dashes only. Other characters will be removed automatically.
Domain URL
The custom domain is created in your Salesforce instance at Setup > User Interface > Sites and ?Domains > Custom URLs.
Organization Alias
This information may not be edited.
It is found in your Click & Pledge CONNECT account.

Data Management
The Data Management feature allows administrators to control how transaction data is posted to Salesforce by creating rule-based conditions. When a transaction matches a configured rule, the corresponding data posting action is applied.
Navigation: Click & Pay Suite → C&P Accounts → Data Management
Processing Order: Rules are evaluated based on the defined processing order.
Based on: Rules can be configured using one or more of the following conditions:
- CONNECT Campaign SKU
- CONNECT Form SKU
- Tracker
- Fundraiser
- Team Alias
- Total Charge
- Transaction Campaign
- Transaction Result
C&P Data Pre-Processing: The C&P Data Pre-Processing option determines how matching transactions are handled before being posted to Salesforce.
- Pause: Temporarily stops matching transactions from posting to Salesforce.
- Discard: Prevents matching transactions from being posted to Salesforce.
Transaction Date Range: Use Transaction Date Range to specify which transactions the rule applies to.
Note: Data Management rules follow an "Exit After the First Match" processing model. Once a transaction matches a rule, the corresponding action is applied, and no further rules are evaluated.
