If Click & Pledge Support needs to assist you with a Salesforce installation, upgrade, or troubleshooting, you'll need to temporarily grant us login access to your Salesforce account. Please login to your Salesforce instance, then follow the steps below to enable access in either Lightning or Classic view.
LIGHTNING VIEW
- Click the User icon in the top right of the screen
- Click 'Settings' from the dropdown
- In the left column, select 'Grant Account Login Access'
- In the row for 'Click & Pledge Support' choose an Access Duration, 1 week recommended.
- Click to Save.
CLASSIC VIEW
- Click your Name in the top right of the screen
- Click 'My Settings' from the dropdown
- In the left column, select click 'Personal'
- Click Grant Account Login Access
- In the row for 'Click & Pledge Support' choose an Access Duration, 1 week recommended.
- Click Save.
