Add Components to the Contact Record
When preparing for a new campaign or reaching out to donors who have not given in a while, you need reliable information about their transaction history. For example, how much was their last gift? When was the last time they donated. We've got this covered. You may add the C&P Engagement Rank, C&P AI Links and Connections to the Contact Record to quickly view the engagement level for each of your patrons.
C&P Engagement Summary
We’ve added new fields to the Contact Object that provide valuable donor insights and can be used to generate detailed Salesforce reports. The fields are:

Contact Record: C&P AI Links
AI Link is a link that adapts to the giving history of the patron. These links are unique to this contact. Every contact has their own donation link for life for a specific form that they have used. We are looking at the donor's history with you. So, you can create a report, not only with the fields in the C&P Engagement summary but include their AI link.
Once you have the report, you may do a mass emailing to send these links out. It's not just sending a donation form; it is sending a donation form that is customized for that contact. When the patron clicks on the link in the form, they will have donation buttons that have been customized to their giving history.
You may add the C&P AI Link to the Contact layout under the C&P Engagement Summary.
Contact Record: Connections
Connections are used with Peer-to-Peer Campaigns. In CONNECT under Settings > Fundraisers & Teams > Settings & Messages on the Fundraiser tab you may create Relationships by entering the relationships you would like to track, e.g., family, friend, co-worker, etc.
Then move to Launcher > Campaigns & Payment Forms, edit the Campaign and go to Form Builder. Edit the form and find the Peer-to-Peer section under Settings on the right. Use the Toggle switch to turn on Fundraiser and Relationships. This will add a field to the donation form asking the donor's relationship to the Fundraiser, e.g., Parent, Sibling, Coworker, Friend, etc.
If this is enabled, you may add a C&P CONNECTIONS tab to the Contact layout. This will show a list of the Fundraiser's donors and their relationship.
Engagement Rank (ER)
By default, we auto run an Engagement Rank Analysis at 3:00 a.m. each morning. You may change the time if you wish. Click the "Run the Analysis Now" button to run immediately. Note that it may take several hours for the analysis to run.
Engagement Rank Tier List
There is a default ranking and badge design in Click & Pay Suite. You may edit the label and select a different icon from the list provided for the badge.
ER Opportunity Match
Patrons engage with your organization through multiple transaction types: donations, event registrations, sponsorships, product sales via Store/Event, etc. Not all of these activities may be relevant for donation analysis. You may use SKUs to define which transactions should be analyzed as a part of your Engagement Rank for your contacts.
You may set the Opportunity SKU Condition for "Any or Blank" so all Opportunities are considered or you may enter specific SKUs.
ER Campaigns
Create your ER Campaigns.
- Assign your Salesforce Campaign.
- Set the Booster Status to active if you are using Boost Days.
- Select the Engagement Rank Tier for this Campaign.
- If you only have one C & P Account Number it will be autofilled in this field. If you have multiple accounts you will be able to select the account this ER Campaign is for.
Adaptive Intelligent Links (AI Link)
If you have one Click & Pledge account, you will see five ranks. AI is set to the default CONNECT Campaign & Form in your account, but for each ranking you may customize the CONNECT Campaign & Form to be used based on the percentage of their profile. If you do not wish to use a link you have created you may edit the link and change the Status to Disabled.
Boost Days
You may set AI to run and adjust the amounts on the form sent to donors on special giving days throughout the year. For example, Giving Tuesday, Year End Giving, Anniversary Date, etc.
Click the Add button to create new Boost days applicable to your organization. #GivingTuesday is a default boost day and may not be edited.
