By adding your GiveBig Campaign to your Connect Campaign you can use the fundraising tools available in Connect like the form builder to create custom donation forms and pledgeTV®. So when a transaction occurs on a Connect Campaign that has been linked to GiveBig, your donation statistics will update on your organization’s GiveBig page.
Please note, the settings you have chosen within the Connect Campaign Details are the dominate settings, not the settings in your GiveBig profile. So donation amounts, recurring options, receipt choice, custom questions, and so on will need to be edited within that Connect Campaign.
Steps to Add a GiveBig Campaign to a Connect Campaign
Prerequisite: You must already be a part of a GiveBig campaign to have this option.
Step 1: If you are logging in you will automatically be in the Fundraising section, click on Campaigns. If already logged it, then use the Launcher to navigate to Fundraising.
Step 2: Select a Connect campaign to add your GiveBig campaign to. The GiveBig campaign can either be added to an existing campaign or you may create a new campaign.
Step 3: Once you have decided on a Connect campaign click Campaign Details.
Step 4: If you are a part of a GiveBig (giving day) Campaign, you will see GiveBig Campaign Integration as a menu option. Use the dropdown box to choose the GiveBig campaign, then click UPDATE.
