Signup as a Forums User
Post to the Forums
Subscribe to Forums Channels

This is a community setting where you may register, be approved, then post your high-level questions to our team of developers for troubleshooting and resolution. You may also subscribe to "News & Announcements " to receive notification when updates are released for the Click & Pledge apps, and request upgrade assistance (for Salesforce App users) directly from the Forum using this tool.

If you would like to post in the forums, or subscribe to one of the Forum channels, registration is required. Please follow the below steps to complete the forums’ signup process.
 

Signup as a Forums User

  1. Click this link to start the sign up process: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/register?urlpath=aHR0cHM6Ly9mb3J1bXMuY2xpY2thbmRwbGVkZ2UuY29tLw%3D%3D
  2. Fill out the Signup form
Important Note: If any errors are made, the reCaptcha will not retain the ‘approved’ status. Refresh the webpage and fill out the form again.

  1. You will receive a registration confirmation on the screen.

  1. Please check your email account. To complete the registration, click on the link which is shown in the below screenshot.

  1. After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the Registration Thank You Page. The Click & Pledge support team will receive your application to register for the forums.

  1. You will receive an email letting you know that that your User Account is active.

Post to the Forums

  1. In your browser, go to forums.clickandpledge.com.
  2. Login to the Forums by clicking "Login or Sign Up" in the upper right corner.

  1. Select the channel you would like to post to; e.g., Salesforce Upgrade Assistance.

  1. Click "+New Topic"

  1. Enter a title (Subject). 
  2. Enter your question/issue
  3. Click Post

Subscribe to Forums Channels

  1. ​​​​​In your browser, go to forums.clickandpledge.com.
  2. Login to the Forums by clicking "Login or Sign Up" in the upper right corner.

  1. Select the channel you would like to post to; e.g., News & Announcements

  1. Click on SUBSCRIBE.  You will receive an email when a new post is added to the channels you subscribe to.
