Email Logs gives the detailed information about the registration emails to whom, when, which template was sent after the completion of the registration.
- Log Type: Sent and Queued are the two log types. If the Log Type is set to Sent, then all the registration emails which are already sent to the registrant/attendee will be listed. If the Log Type is set to Queued, then all the registration emails which are ready to send to the registrant/attendee will be listed.
- Search bar helps to search with the Recipient Name, Type and Email Template.
- Recipient Name will be the Registrant/Attendee name. Type will be Registrant/Attendee. Email Template will provide you the information through which template the email was fired. Sent Date along with the time will be given. Status (Sent/Failed) will helps you to know whether the email was sent or failed.
Below screenshot is for the Queued Log Type. The search bar helps to search for Type (Registrant/Attendee) and Email Template. There is a section which tells when the email is going to fire.
