Events Dashboard gives the whole overview of the event.
To enter into the Events dashboard, click on the desired event name.
The dashboard looks like this. There are three sections in the dashboard. They are:
1.Statistics
2.Reports and
3.Registration Levels
Let’s see each of the section in detailed.
1) Statistics:
1.It gives the information on number of attendees registered for the event, revenue and additional revenue generated till now.
2.By clicking on View, you will be directed to the External Registration Page.
Total registrations and revenue will be displayed in both graphical notation and in pie-chart.
3.The user can view the graph in different views. we can view graphs as "All Levels" as once or individual level at once.
By clicking on this button, the graph view will be changed between Switch lin and log scale.
By clicking this button, the graph can be viewed in three ways ie., Last Month, Last Year and whole data.
By clicking this button, the graph can be viewed in three ways ie., Day, Month and Year.
By clicking this button, the graph can be downloaded in different formats.
4.Total registrations and revenue can be viewed in the form of Pie-Chart. It gives the total information on number of registrations done, revenue generated and the number of attendees registered in each level including Box office.
NOTE: In both Graphical and Pie-chart notations, Additional Revenue is not included.
2) Reports:
1.Registrant Information: By clicking this button, you will be directed to the Registrant Report page where you can view all the registrant information. A full report on registrant information can be downloaded. At once, a minimum of 100 and maximum of 1000 registrants can be downloaded.
2.Attendee Information: By clicking this button, you will be directed to the Attendee Report page where you can view the details of all attendees who registered for the event. A full report on attendees can be downloaded. At once, a minimum of 100 and maximum of 1000 registrants can be downloaded.
3.Registrant and Attendee Information: By clicking this button, you will be directed to the Registrant and Attendee Report page where you can view the details of all the registrants along with the attendees’ information. A full report can be downloaded. At once, a minimum of 100 and maximum of 500 registrants can be downloaded.
4.Download eTickets: By clicking this button, you will be directed to the Printing page where you can view and download eTickets of all the attendees. This option will be enabled only when ticket template is assigned for levels.
5.Download Name Badges: By clicking this button, you will be redirected to the Printing page where you can view and download Name Badges of all the attendees. This option will be enabled only when ticket template is assigned for levels.
3) Registration Levels:
Registration Levels have the total information on all the levels including box office present in the event. It gives the information on level name, start date & time, end date & time, available inventory, price of the level, tickets sold in each level, revenue generated in each level. The last column is the reports where level information can be downloaded.
