1. Manage Temporary Contacts. By clicking, C&P Temporary Contacts page will open in the new tab.
2. The Search bar helps to search the registrants & attendees with their names, order number, status & Ticket GUID.
3. By clicking on the table headers, the sorting order will change from ascending to descending & vice versa.
4. By selecting from the dropdown, 10, 100, 500 & 1000 records can be viewed at once.
5. Enter the page number to which you want to see.
NOTE: If the event organizer added mandatory custom question after the registration, then edit the attendee name of particular registrant to answer the newly added custom question. Same feature is already available for the registered attendees.
Click on any registrant so that you will be redirected to the Registrant Detailed Page:
Edit: Internal notes and custom question can be edited for registrant. Contact Details, Attendee Role and Custom Questions can be edited for an attendee. To edit the registrant details, click the Contact > Select ‘Edit’ button > Make the changes and click ‘Save’. To view the changes, click the ‘Edit’ button > click ‘Update’.
NOTE: If the Matching Gift filed is set to Enable in the Additional Information page and while transacting if the Matching Gift is set to a company then the Matching Gift field will appear in this page. Click on the company name to view the company Account’s page. If the company’s name is not clickable then process the transaction from the C&P Temporary Accounts.
Send Registration Email: Click this button so that an Email will be sent to the email address provided. This email consists of Event Agenda, address, e-Ticket PDF, mobile tickets, name badges etc.
Delete Registration: It deletes the registration completely.
Issue Credit: Please check this link.
Send SMS: This option will works on Twilio.
Back: You will be reverted back to Registrations page.
NOTE: Attendee name and posted information (other than answers to custom questions) may be edited prior to setting the Temporary Contact. This allows for assigning a new contact to the attendee prior to setting or creating the contact. To do so, select the name of any attendee whose contact is in C&P Temporary Contacts, click Edit to give the Attendee Details.
Adding Custom Field Sets to Registrant and Attendee Details:
For Registrant:
To add the custom field sets for registrant, go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects > C&P Event Registrant (Click on it) > Custom Fields & Relationships > New (Click it) > Create New Custom Fields (In data type except Geolocation, Lookup Fields and Text Area (rich), remaining all are allowed.)
To add the created custom fields to the Field Sets, go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects > C&P Event Registrant (Click on it) > Field Sets (Click Edit) > Drag and drop the fields > Save.
The newly added custom field set will display in the Registrant Details. Go to Registrations > Registrants (Select any registrant) > Edit > Edit Registrant > Registrant Field Set – Fill the required data in the field set and click ‘Save’.
For Attendee:
To add the custom field sets for an attendee, go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects > C&P Event Registered Attendee (Click on it) > Custom Fields & Relationships > New (Click it) > Create New Custom Fields (In data type except Geolocation, Lookup Fields and Text Area (rich), remaining all are allowed.)
