Additional payments and additional fees may be added to Swiper1 transactions.
To navigate to Additional Payment, click the Menu icon (three horizontal bars at lower left) > Settings > Additional Options > Additional Payments
Additional Payments
Additional payments may be added to the final basket. Default selections will appear as buttons that may be clicked to add a payment to the total processing amount. For example, you may wish to offer patrons the option of making an additional payment, donation, tip, etc. to your organization. Within the settings the amounts may be fixed or a percentage of total basket. In percent mode amounts may also be set to round to the nearest value.
Description of Fields:
Additional Payment
Touch the toggle switch to enabling it.
Title
Enter the name of the Additional Payment.
Amount
Enter the desired default additional amount.
Selection Buttons
If Amount field is not entered, then you my update any Selection Buttons.

Options are in %
Select the radio button if you wish the number in the Selection Buttons to be a percentage. If not enabled, then it will be the fixed amount. For example, $5 (not selected) versus 5% if Options are in % is enabled.
If Options are in % is selected, Round to option appears.

Sales Tax % and Tax Deductible % fields may be added if enabled in General Settings.
Save Changes
When completed click Save Changes button.
Additional Fee
A fee may be added to the subtotal prior to processing. Toggle Additional Fee button to turn on (Green/ Right position). Additional fields will appear.
Additional Fee = Fixed amount + Rate (%). You may choose one Rate (%) or Fixed ($) or both.
Description of Fields:
Fixed [Currency Symbol]
Enter a fixed amount.
Rate %
Enter a % Rate. It will take the % in the Unit Price.

Optional field for tracking GAUs (General Accounting Unit)

Save Changes
When completed click Save Changes button.
