Trouble pairing the Swiper1 Bluetooth device with your mobile device?
- Are you using a supported mobile device? If the device is no longer supported by the manufacturer, the devices will not pair.
- Pair the device from the Swiper1 app, not the device Bluetooth settings. If you attempted to pair the devices using the Bluetooth settings on your phone, delete the Swiper1 Bluetooth from the settings and pair in the Swiper1 app.
- Check permissions by opening the mobile device Settings. Find Swiper1 in your App list and click on it to open and view the permissions. In addition to the permissions in the following screenshot, be sure the microphone and location are turned on.
