Swiper1: How to Login

Login to Swiper1

After downloading the app and opening it, you will be directed to the login screen.

Login with the verification code


 

1. Enter your email address. This must be the same as your Click & Pledge user's email.
2. Enter your Click & Pledge Account Number.
3. Click 'Get the code' so that 'Click & Pledge Login Access Code' will send an email containing the verification code. Click ‘I have the code’, if you have the code already. Verification code will work only once.  NOTE: Check Spam/Junk folders for the Verification code if you do not see the email in the inbox. 

4. Enter the 'Verification code' which was sent to the email address and click 'Login' to continue.

    

Helpful Tips:

Biometric Login

You can enable Biometric Login after signing in with your email and code. If your mobile device already has biometric features enabled—such as facial recognition or fingerprint authentication—you can use them to quickly and securely access the Swiper1 app.

To enable Biometric Login:

1. Click on menu icon (3 lines lower left corner)
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Additional Options
4. Open General Settings
5. Toggle Biometric Login to enable it
6. Click Save Changes

Login Time Length

For security reasons, your login to Swiper1 will auto logout after a set period of time. 72 hours is the maximum time it can be set it. You can adjust the timeframe as needed.

To adjust Login Length:

1. Click on menu icon (3 lines lower left corner)
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Additional Options
4. Open General Settings
5. Click in 'Auto logout after' field and enter the number of hours.
6. Click Save Changes

Remember User Id & Account #

By enabling it, Email and C&P Account Number fields will be saved for future logins.
