C&P SECURITY
SECURITY SETTINGS TAB
Use Security to grant access to Click & Pay Suite and assign permissions by Profile, User, or Permission Set. For each tab, you can control whether users can Show Tab, Add, Edit, View, or Delete. Available tabs include Vault, Store/Events, Dispatch, Analyst, Clickits, Patron Portal, C&P Accounts, Digital ID Card, Settings, and Got Ideas.
Note: The security for the System Admin may not be edited.
Access Security settings at Settings > C&P Security.
From the C&P Security Access List you may click "+Add" to create security access, or under Action you may Edit, Delete, Clone or Assign Permissions to an existing record.
Add Security Setting
Click "+Add:.
Enter the Internal Name for you security access setting.
Click the tab(s) for the area where you wish to modify settings. The default is for all users to have all access. Access for Systems Admins cannot be modified.
Uncheck the boxes for permissions not needed, e.g., Add, Edit, etc. If they will not use the tab, uncheck the box next to "Grant access to..."
When you have made all your selections click Save at the bottom of each tab. Following is an example of access for Accounting.
You may restrict access for specific Click & Pledge Accounts. At the bottom of the screen, assign Accounts for each Tab in Click & Pay Suite by moving the account number from the available accounts box to the Selected box.
Note: If you list multiple accounts in the Selected box, the assigned user(s) selected will have those permissions for all the selected accounts.
ASSIGN PERMISSIONS TAB
After you have assigned access for each tab click the "Back to Grid" button.
Under Actions click Assign Permission, then click "+Add".
Access Type: Assign by User, Profile, or Permission Set.
Access by: Picklist options for Access are determined by the Access Type selected. When you click inside the field you will see a list of available Users, Profiles, or Permission Sets.
Click Save
