In Sales/Orders, you can view and manage your orders, attendees, and returns.

Orders
Under Action, click “View” to access order details. Tabs included in the record are Order Detail, Recurring Order(s), Related Transaction(s), and Attendees.
You may view Transaction Information, Billing Information, Shipping Information, Item Details, Recurring Information, Related Transaction Information and Attendee Information.
Attendees
Under Action, click “View” to access Attendee details. You may filter the list on Attendee Name, Order Number, Status, or Ticket Amount.
You may view Attendee Details and edit Attendee Information. You may also:
- Process a Temporary Contact
- Email the Ticket to the Attendee
- Delete the Attendee
Returns
Under Action, click “View” to access details of returned product. You may filter the list on Order ID Customer, Store, or Order Status. In the Return Record you will see two tabs: Details and Related.
