We share screens, discuss issues, and answer questions regarding all of our products. We close the room at 3:30 p.m. ET but stay online to answer all questions from all that have joined before 3:30 p.m.

Live Support uses Zoom to let website visitors join the meeting. Be prepared to have a microphone and speaker so you can participate. If you do not have access to a microphone, you may dial into the meeting by going to Audio Options > Phone Call to collect your dial-in information. Be sure to note your Participant Id to enter when you Dial In.
