What is Live Support?
Live Support is like office hours. Join a Zoom session to ask questions, share your screen, and get real-time help from our support team.

Hours (Eastern):
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4pm
Friday: 9am - 3pm

Before you join:

• Enter your full name and organization
• Be ready to share your screen for faster support
• Have a microphone/speakers (or use Zoom phone dial-in)

Tip: If dialing in by phone, select “Phone Call” in Zoom audio settings and use your Participant ID when prompted.
