Shoutout is a feature your organization can use to send a custom "shoutout" audio or video message. Shoutouts are sent individually as links via email or SMS.
Shoutouts are created and sent primarily using Swiper1. Shoutout's default settings, library of recordings, and log are accessed in CONNECT. Shoutouts can also be sent from existing recordings or from the transaction detail in CONNECT. This article describes the aspects of Shoutout in CONNECT and their function.
