Fundraisers & Teams allows your organization to add fundraisers manually, add fundraisers and teams to campaigns, customize messages to be sent to your fundraisers, and more.

FUNDRAISERS & TEAMS
From the Dashboard click Fundraisers & Teams in the menu on the left.
Fundraisers
Here you see a list of all Fundraisers for your organization. You may set the view to All, Active, Inactive, Rejected, or Request. To quickly find the Fundraiser you are looking for use the Search field.
FUNDRAISER INFORMATION & STATISTICS TAB
To view or edit Fundraiser information, click on the Fundraiser’s first name. You may reorder the names alphabetically by clicking on the title First Name. If you do not see the name of the fundraiser, you are looking for use the Search field on the right.
Click on Fundraiser’s First Name to see the following.
Fundraiser information includes fundraiser name, total funds raised for all Click & Pledge organizations they are a fundraiser for, and the date they first became a fundraiser.
Here you may edit the fundraiser's contact information and Organization Wide Status. The Fundraiser Alias is also listed but may not be edited.
Fundraiser Campaigns: Add fundraisers to or remove fundraisers from Campaigns.
Fundraiser Notifications: Check the box to send emails to fundraisers. Text may be modified.
Click Update to save changes
TEAM INFORMATION & STATISTICS
Fundraiser information includes fundraiser name, total funds raised for all Click & Pledge organizations they are a fundraiser for, and the date they first became a fundraiser.
Here you may edit the team member's contact information and Organization Wide Status. The Fundraiser Alias is also listed but may not be edited.
Teams: Add teams to or remove teams from Campaigns.
Team Notifications: Check the box to send emails to fundraisers. Text may be modified.
Click Update to save changes
Manage Fundraisers Button
Select Campaign you wish to see Fundraisers for or select "All Campaigns".
Here you may easily add fundraiser(s) to other Campaigns by:
- Check the box before the fundraiser name
- Go to the Select Campaign Section (required)
- Move the Campaign from "All Campaign(s)" to "Selected Campaign(s)
- Under Welcome Email check the box to send the welcome email to the Fundraiser(s)
- Click the "ADD SELECTED FUNDRAISERS" button
Add Fundraiser Button
You have the option to manually add fundraiser(s) rather than have the become a fundraiser by clicking the become a Fundraiser button on one of the templates.
- Click "Add Fundraiser" button.
- Enter the Fundraiser’s email address and click ADD FUNDRAISER.
- Enter the Fundraiser’s First Name.
- Enter the Fundraiser’s Last Name.
- Enter the Fundraiser’s Alias. The alias will be used for any Click & Pledge Account and Campaign the Fundraiser is part of. This may not be changed.
- Select the Campaign you wish to add the Fundraiser to
- Click ADD FUNDRAISER
Manage Teams Button
When you click the Manage Teams button, you will see the Teams list with Team Name, Amount Raised, Status, etc. If you wish to change the Team Status you can do that using the Status dropdown, changing the Status, then clicking UPDATE TEAM(S) button.
Click the blue “+” to the left of the team name to view Team Information which includes Campaign(s) the Team is part of, the Team Captain name, the number of Members in the Campaign, the Team Target, the Total Raised by the team and View the Team page URL.
By clicking the Edit icon (pencil), you may edit the team information. Click UPDATE button to save changes.
Create Team Button
This allows your organization to create teams rather than having the fundraisers create teams by simply clicking the button and completing the Team information and adding the team to the appropriate campaign.
Click SAVE button to save changes.
SETTING & MESSAGING
Click the “+” to expand to Setting & Messaging
FUNDRAISERS MESSAGING
Accept Fundraisers: You may choose whether to accept Fundraisers for your organization. The default selection is to accept Fundraisers. Uncheck the box if you do not wish to accept Fundraisers.
Customize Fundraiser Login Image: You may add an image that will appear on the left side of the Fundraiser Login screen. Valid file formats are jpeg/jpg, png, and bmp.
Automatic Approval: You may choose to automatically approve anyone who clicks the “Become a Fundraiser” button for your organization. If you would rather screen those who wish to Fundraise for your organization, uncheck the box and you will receive an email when anyone clicks “Become a Fundraiser”. Their status will be Pending, and you may approve or reject them under Fundraisers Information & Statistics.
Default Goal: Set the default target for your Fundraisers. They may edit this amount.
Leaderboard Fundraising History: Select if the total raised that shows in the Fundraiser’s progress bar is for Active Campaigns Only, or includes amount raised in Active & Inactive Campaigns..
Default Fundraiser Thank you Message: You may enter a default Thank You message for donations received via a Fundraiser for your organization.
Allow Fundraiser Thank you message customization: Checking this box allows the Fundraiser to customize the message for their donors.
Default fundraiser profile message: If you choose to enter a default Fundraiser profile message, it will show on the fundraiser’s profile. Fundraisers may customize theirs message in their Fundraiser portal.
Show Relationships: When box is checked a dropdown menu will be added to each Fundraiser’s donation form allowing their donors to specify their relationship to the Fundraiser. For exampled simply Relative, Friend, Co-worker or Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Employer, etc.
Salesforce Users add connect types in Click & Pay Suite > Analyst > Connections to assign funds raised as a soft credit to the Fundraiser’s Contact record.
MESSAGES
You may customize email correspondence that will be sent to your Fundraisers. Messages and their subject lines, have been created for your use and may be customized for your organization. A list of wild-card texts that may be used in the body of the email are provided at the top of the screen. Messages included in this section are:
- Fundraiser Welcome Email
- Inactive Fundraiser Email
Internal Notification Email: When enabled you will receive an email when a Fundraiser signs up with your organization/campaign. Add email addresses to the Internal Email List separated by a semicolon and review/edit the email.
TEAMS MESSAGING
Allow Fundraisers to Create Teams: You may choose whether to allow Fundraisers to create Teams. This option is selected by default.
Team selection is mandatory: By checking this box, fundraisers can only raise money as part of a team
Fundraiser Default Team: Which team will the fundraiser's transaction apply to? The options are:
- No Default Team - (Patron may select a team)
- Last Joined Active Team
- Allow fundraisers to select default team.
Allow Thank You message customization: You may enter a Thank You message for donations received via a Fundraiser for your organization. Checking this box allows the Fundraiser to customize the message for their donors.
Default Team Thank You Message: Enter the default Thank You message for donors.
MESSAGES
