Overview of intelliBooster®

intelliBooster® is a cutting-edge proprietary algorithm developed by Click & Pledge, that leverages the power of artificial intelligence to enhance donation forms, making them more personalized and effective. By analyzing past donation data and predicting future giving behavior, intelliBooster dynamically adjusts suggested donation amounts, ensuring that each ask is tailored to the individual donor.

This allows the system to generate personalized donation suggestions that are more likely to resonate with the patron's giving capacity and history. 

Real-Time Adjustment: Donation amounts are not static. intelliBooster® continuously learns and adapts in real-time, updating suggestions as new data comes in. This ensures that the donation form is always optimized for maximum effectiveness.

How It Works

Data Collection: intelliBooster® gathers donor data. After intelliBooster® is turned on, suggested donation amounts on the donation form are informed by estimated geographic location derived from IP address data and publicly available IRS charitable giving statistics by ZIP code. Subsequent donation button amounts consider data from past donations made on that same device and calendar analysis.

Data Analysis: Advanced AI algorithms analyze the collected data to predict an individual’s future giving potential.

Personalization Engine: Based on the analysis, intelliBooster® adjusts a donor’s suggested donation amounts on payment forms in real-time.

Applying intelliBooster® to a CONNECT Campaign

intelliBooster® is managed at the campaign level.  Simply toggle open the intelliBooster - AI powered Optimization section under Payment Settings and check the box to turn it on.

1. If not in the fundraising section, go to the launcher in the upper right.
2. Click on Fundraising.
3. Click on Campaigns & Forms > Select desired campaign > Campaign Details
4. Toggle open intelliBooster and check the box to enable.
5. Update.

intelliBooster® will adjust the form to include four buttons - our analytics show this to be the optimal number, as five or more buttons cause confusion. Buttons will be ranked from high to low, with the second button defaulted. Again, our analytics indicate that this arrangement will maximize the donation made.
